How can I return an item?

After you have followed the the steps to qualify for a return and messaged our support team, you should have received an RMA or return label from them. 


Please ship back the products in their original packaging along with accessories and anything that arrived together in the box.

Items for return should be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days from the date that we have provided the return label or shipping instructions. Please note that we may not proceed with the refund if the item has been shipped back to us after 7 days or more. Furthermore, please contact our support team and provide the tracking number of the returned items in order for us to keep track of the parcel until received in our warehouse address.


Please note that we charge a $10 restocking fee per item. 


Usually it takes 3-5 business days for returned packages to be processed, however in busy periods please allow up to 10 business days.


We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or appear to be in a heavily used condition, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, dents, etc.


Opened & used creams or gels will not be eligible for a return or refund. 


Orders where a 'special' case discount code was used that was provided by our team are not eligible for a return or a refund. 


Replacements are not eligible for a return or a refund.


Our main return centre is in Canada, as a result, customers may be asked to return back used items to Canada.
