Please contact help@nulifebeauty.com as soon as possible. If your package has not been shipped out or processed by our warehouse yet, we will be able to change the address. If the package has been shipped, we won't be able to stop it or change the address.
In the even that the package is returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate information, we will deduct a return label cost fee and a restocking & processing fee, once it has been returned to our warehouse.
