If your tracking shows as delivered but you didn't receive your package, we recommend to check with other members of your household or neighbours to find out if they have received or seen your package. We also recommend that you check around your property, as it is possible that the carrier left it out of sight.
If you are not able to find it, you should reach out to the carrier to inquire about your package and confirm the delivery status.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided for the order. Upon inquiry, we can confirm the delivery with the shipping company and the address provided.
We will also not process refunds for stolen or lost packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
